Soho Condo
With masculine overtones “contemporary sheek” is mixed into this historic downtown warehouse condo. This is a great floor plan for entertaining while also being a place of sanctuary for this busy entrepreneur. The condo began with minimal finishes, materials, and storage. Reclaimed lumber, for example, now covers the once sterile concrete floors.
Seven different types of woods were used in the new cabinetry and trim. Pine, Copper, & Arched Doors were salvaged from other buildings - truly giving this condo an eclectic feel. Square footage was added in a two-story area by creating a loft. Acoustical treatments were applied throughout, especially in the new theatre. The bathroom was enlarged in the master suite and the entry door has a new, more prominent location by the elevator.
